The Smokin' Hot Formal

Ok, I finished that formal I was working on. Wait 'til you see it. It turned out very well, if I do say so myself. This was a commission job for the 2008 Army Ball. My super model was nice enough to email me pictures. {The Ball is not for two more months, in case any of my local readers would like to consider a dress for themselves. I do need about 3 weeks to do a dress.}

The pattern information for this dress is listed in the original post.

Its kinda hard to tell in the picture, but the skirt is a mock wrap skirt and the top has a big tie on the lower left side. The wrap also has a bit of the top fabric on each end. She looks lovely!

And in other news, thanks to Etsy Homefront, I was featured in another treasury over on Etsy. Hooray. This treasury was made by EllaBearBoutique. She's another military spouse member of the Homefront Team over on Etsy. The arrow is pointing to one of my aprons that is currently listed in my shop. Speaking of the shop, don't forget about the big sale this week!

Thanks for checking out my fancy-schmancy stuff. Hopefully, I'll have more to show you shortly. ~jen~
