Each CHAIR mini-quilt is about 7 1/2" x 4". We'll see what the group thinks tomorrow.
The chair is not my design, but I've seen it a few times on flickr and about the webs. I made them completely from scraps and absolutely improv pieced with no real measuring or planning- well, until the end when I squared them up to be about the same size.

I'll be the sew-in & workshop day chair... maybe monthly sewing chair or saturday sew chair or hmm... extra curricular sewing chair. :-P But someone else can have the opportunity to volunteer first too since I'm already a chair of something.
May your chairs soon be filled. Worst part of setting up a guild, I am sure, but I know you are up to the challenge!
